We shipped two vehicles with AAA from CA to VA. The quoted price was amongst the lowest we received, and the reviews on this site and their BBB standing helped us make the decision to use them. We have twice previously shipped a car cross-country using a different carrier. The quote given to us by AAA was significantly cheaper. As far as the service, both cars successfully made it across the country in the condition in which they were received. So bottom line, AAA got the job done. The cars were picked up at our home in CA and delivered to our home in VA. I had not previously understood that AAA contracts the transport to other truck companies, so there was some initial uncertainty about when the cars were going to be picked up. That said, particularly one of the companies AAA used was excellent and highly communicative. The driver was timely and personable.
